A Bluetooth device called the Fitmitter clips onto the Smartshirt and receives your biometric data then transmits it to the companion app. The Fitmitter has a 1 year battery life and is waterproof up to 10 meters.

The GOW Trainer App is available for iOS and Android and has an abundance of features to enhance your sporting activities. You can get on-screen real-time feedback on your route, cardio performance, activity types and plans, and you get real-time audio cues if you don’t want to break your concentration and look at your smartphone.
