The new wearable is the first of in the Vivofit series to feature Garmin’s Move IQ automatic exercise recognition technology that knows when you’re walking, running, cycling or swimming. Move IQ also detects when your movement changes so you can go from a walk to a run and then hop on your bike knowing it’s got you covered.

The Vivofit 3 comes with the essential quantified self features: Steps, distance, calories, automatic sleep tracking, vibrating alarm and a good old-fashioned clock.
