The Boltt Wearables Ecosystem Includes an AI Fitness Coach

The first batch of Boltt wearables is now available to pre-order.

India-based Boltt have been busy creating an ecosystem of connected fitness devices, and now their first batch of exiting new wearables are available to claim for a discounted price in the run up to their Kickstarter launch.

The first Boltt wearables up for grabs are their smart sport shoes, Stride Sensor, and wrist-worn fitness tracker

The Boltt smart shoes come equipped with embedded sensors and are capable of monitoring your speed, pace, calories burned, and more in real-time. In addition to being “smart” Boltt’s connected kicks are pretty sleek on the eye.

The stride sensor can be clipped onto your regular footwear and tracks metrics such as stride length, cadence, 3D foot acceleration, ground impact time, and velocity.

Boltt’s wrist-worn fitness tracker brings the usual quantified self metrics, plus activity recognition, sleep monitoring, and it has a display so you don’t need to open the app to check your stats.

At the core of the Boltt ecosystem is an AI coach coined as “B”. Boltt wearables, along with the virtual AI coach tracks your body movement and provides live feedback and actionable insights with voice cues as you train. The idea is to keep you on track and motivate you to workout with ideal intensity, speed, technique and the likes. Plus, reduce the risk of doing yourself an injury with feedback about your form.

The Boltt health and wellness app comes with tons of pre-installed workouts, training plans, nutritional tips, meal combinations and more.

Boltt haven’t launched their Kickstarter campaign at the time of writing this, but they’ve made their discounted early bird prices available to claim now.
